Karishma Datir-Sathe is the visionary Founder and CEO of Figon Biotech Pvt Ltd. A passionate biotechpreneur, she has dedicated her career to revolutionising Indian agriculture through the promotion of organic farming practices.

Her deep love for nature and all things green has driven her to create solutions that help farmers across India cultivate crops free from chemicals and pesticides. Her childhood fascination with the natural world, particularly the transformation of seeds into thriving plants, continues to inspire her work today.

Under her leadership, Figon Biotech is committed to preserving the beauty of our planet by empowering farmers to embrace sustainable, organic agriculture for the benefit of future generations.
